Our V4A stainless steel industrial ball valves are available in both two-piece and one-piece versions with blue adjustment lever and double female thread.
The cylindrical body of the component, which is attached to the hand lever with a strong screw connection, is made of high quality stainless steel and is particularly corrosion resistant. Due to the properties of V4A stainless steel 1.4408, you no longer need to worry about rust! Due to a particularly thick wall and stable processing, this ball valve can even withstand industrial requirements.

You want to use all the advantages of stainless steel - but only need a simple ball valve - as it is often used, for example, in garden irrigation?
Then the ball valve 1-piece is the right product for you. Due to a different design, this ball valve has a reduced passage, but it is particularly attractive in price.
This ball valve is of course also very high quality processed - only by the other design and not quite as massive construction as the 2-piece ball valve, a price advantage is achieved here so that even with the need for many ball valves the wallet does not suffer.
 
This special version of the ball valve is available exclusively with a reduced socket and also has an even lower price.

If a ball valve is located directly behind a large pumping station, it could happen that the vibration on the pipeline changes the setting of the ball valve. To prevent this from happening, both versions of the ball valve have the Lock or Load function.
With the help of the locking ring, the ball valve can be fixed in open or closed position.
This function is particularly important in industrial environments. It can easily happen that you get caught in a ball valve with your clothes in narrow installation shafts. Here, the ball valve's locking unit prevents the shut-off valve from opening or closing accidentally.
 
In hazardous environments, it is often important to prevent unauthorized access to your tank system or pipeline. Therefore, there is a punched hole above the locking ring where you can attach a padlock. This prevents that you can adjust the ball valve.
